Here is our official new school jumper from September 2024. Pupils may wear generic navy tracksuit bottoms and the usual blue polo t-shirt that we currently use.
Rathbawn Embroidery are ready to take orders for the new jumpers from today, and orders will be ready for collection from 15th August.
80's DISCO 90's
Come alone to Molloy's Bar on 28th June to have a laugh, a boogie and raise funds for Rathmore School.
Tickets are just €10 and are available from the office or on the door on the night.
A Visit from the INTO
We were delighted to welcome Dorothy McGinley, President of the INTO to our school.
We got to try on her chain of office, it was really heavy!
Green Schools Travel Flag
As part of earning our Green Flag for Travel, the pupils have been learning about the impact car idling can have on air quality. Whilst we are lucky at Rathmore NS to be situated in the countryside, with lots of fresh air around us, the pupils are aware that idling engines do have a negative impact on the air around us. We hope that the car driving people in our school community will try to do their bit for the environment, and switch off car engines whilst in the school car park.
